Dr. Eli Goldratt was responsible for the development and dissemination of the Theory of Constraints (TOC) body of knowledge and eventually was the CEO of Goldratt Group.

Stela Donica - Global Director Marketing & Sales
Seen as a rule breaker, stubborn perfectionist, quick- witted and extremely passionate interrogator. After successfully graduating International Law, she decided to dive into a Sales and Marketing career instead. Best decision so far, Stela says. As she hasn’t stopped being amazed by the unlimited, diverse and challenging trip, it takes her.

Regional Managing Partner: Stela Donica
“In 1999 Stela successfully graduated the State LAW University of Moldova, accredited in the EU and was licensed as International Law expert. In 2007 and 2019 has graduated: How to double profitability in Manufacturing; Marketing, Accounting, Business administration master modules in ISM, Vilnius Lithuania . In 2000 Stela decided to follow her passion for solution selling and sales psychology. Since 2003 worked for 17 different corporations in various industries (AI, Telecommunications, Investment Management, Management Consulting, SAAS, Market Research BI, Logistics, Consumer Goods etc. globally – primarily in sales, marketing and lead generation and cold contacting coaching.
Speaks Romanian, Russian, English and Lithuanian fluently.
Dr. Tomas Karpavičius started his professional career while still studying at the University, in 1996 as an accounting consultant. Later he continued his career in various C level positions at financial, telecommunication, construction and producing companies, local and international, gained extensive business management as well as project leadership skills and experience. Being a member of Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance, in 2010 Tomas finished specialized training course with the highest score and now is certified, experienced and professional Board member.From 2008 Tomas served as an adviser to the Minister of Transport and Communications and in 2011 he was appointed as State secretary of the Ministry and served in this role until 2016. The knowledge gained in business together with strong management and leadership skills helped to make and implement important changes and achieve high results while chairing a number of various state-owned companies Boards.
In 2015 Tomas was awarded as Civil servant of the Year.
In 2010 Tomas founded and chaired the Sport Management Association Board which among other activities holds yearly Sport Management Awards.
Algirdas Šabūnas has more than 23 years of experience across various companies and industries. More than 10 years he spent in the leading international FMCG company Kraft Foods (now Mondelez International) in Baltics, Austria and running project across Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region. After that Algirdas, as VP of Finance, navigated SBA group (one of the largest private group of companies in Lithuania) through the financial crisis of 2008-2009. Subsequently, as a Chairman of the Board and/or CEO, he managed several companies that required specific turnaround strategies and change management in upholstered furniture, textile and retail industries.
Algirdas holds a Ph.D. in Management and Master Degree in Finance and Banking from Vytautas Magnus University.
Vytautas Asevičius has over 10 years of experience in different kind of manufacturing companies as C level executive. Started the career in a company of subcontracting services of mechanical components production, while studying in college in 2010. Later gained experience in other industries – tool manufacturing for automotive industry, customized furniture manufacturing for luxury businesses around the globe. In 2019 completed master’s in Manufacturing Engineering and Management. The knowledge and experience gained, helped to another accomplishment – a successful launch of new production company from scratch for baby stroller manufacturer.
PhD candidate Roberta Dubosaitė-Lepeškevičė is currently studying economics and conducting research in this field. The main experience and work is in the field of business management, as well as 3 years of experience in working with law publishing, the most regulated business environment. This year, the TOC supply chain expert program was additionally completed, where the main focus is currently working with customers in search of the best solution.
Nerijus Zilius – After graduating in electrical engineering, production management and international trade I have gained over 20 years’ experience in managing extensive global telecommunication projects, including manufacturing and business consulting. This helped me to reach strong and successful negotiation, business planning, analytical, couching and sales skills.
In collaboration with “Next-Era-Consulting”, I acquired theoretical and practical knowledge from the best TOC experts, that helped me successfully adopt it for business strategy, finance and measurements, production operations, project and supply chain management. I am ready to help companies develop breakthrough strategic and operational solutions which will lead to sustainable business growth in the future.
Regional Managing Partner: Wolfgang Klemm
Wolfgang and his highly dedicated team at offer the full range of Business Performance solutions from strategy to change implementation to operations. He has worked for more than a decade as turnaround manager for critical IT-outsourcing projects (i.e. T-Systems, MAN Truck & Bus, Banking, thyssenkrupp) – based on TOC, LEAN, and multi-project management methods with his teams. Wolfgang is also a partner of GIG EUROPE B.V. and contributes to the further development of the TOC body of knowledge. He holds a diploma in political economy, is an ITIL Expert, PMP, Scrum Master, ISO900x internal Auditor (TQM), and has a deep background in IT, including 10 years of research in applied Artificial Intelligence.
Regional managing Partner: Michał Paradowski
Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics faculty of Management and Marketing, Finance and Banking Tilburg University in the Netherlands Strategic Management and Postgraduate Studies in Project Management He is the judge of Polish National Sales Awards.
For over 10 years Michał was working in managerial positions (marketing and sales) at Mars Polska Masterfoods He was responsible for team development and management as well as brand management. He also was working as an Interim Manager (including the Managing Director and Sales Director) responsible for the implementation of new strategies, development of remedial and optimization measures, rebuilding and restructuring of the sales department in the areas of finance and contacts with customers.
He is a managing partner at 4Results where he is responsible for the sales and marketing improvement services In addition to the development of the offer he also manages projects His job is to provide customers with possibly the most comprehensive support in one of the most important areas of their business sales and marketing.
Among others he conducted consulting coaching training projects for Biella, Black Red White, Bonduelle Ellert Erbud Hochland, Iglotex Indykpol, Kancelaria Ożóg Tomczykowski Lafarge, Mars, Merck Mokate Pol Foods, Storck TBM Snacks and Trodat.
Regional managing Partner: Ridal Sultanov
Ridal has over 15 years of experience in global consulting companies and industry. He began his career in the industry, where he eventually grew to the position of supply chain director for an American Fortune 500 corporation, where he led the supply chain at 25 branches of the company in Europe and Asia and was responsible for purchases of more than $ 0.5 billion yearly. Then, for 8 years, Ridal worked at the global consulting firms KPMG and Accenture, where he led projects to improve operational efficiency and optimize the supply chains of Russian and foreign companies from the mining, oil, banking and FMCG sectors. Ridal is a certified specialist in “Theory of Constraints” and has a black belt of Lean and Six Sigma.
